Villa Mimosa is a detached villa consisting of 2 floors. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The ground floor features a hall, an open-plan lounge/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, full set of crockery, cutlery and glassware and full range of cooking utensils.
The lounge is comfortably furnished and has a flat screen satellite TV, DVD, and hi-fi system. Doors lead from the lounge onto a large furnished verandah overlooking the pool. Off the hall you will find a bathroom with shower, hair-dryer, wash-hand basin and toilet. Next to this is the bedroom, which has twin beds and its own furnished balcony also overlooking the pool.
A wooden staircase takes you to the upper floor, where there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with whirlpool tub, shower, hairdryer, wash-hand basin and toilet. The verandah doors in the bedroom lead out onto a furnished sun-terrace offering beautiful views of the pool, the gardens, the surrounding countryside, and the neighboring island of Kefalonia The villa also has it's own stone-built barbecue.
